Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team promptly.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
Returns Eligibility
If you wish to return a product, please raise a request within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, the product must be:
- Unused and unaltered
- In original packaging
- With all tags and accessories intact
Returned items undergo a quality check before approval.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns are not accepted for:
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
- Complimentary or promotional items
Refund Process
Once a return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability.
If an exchange is not possible, a refund may be initiated instead.
